Which way to set Central Heating?

Your house takes a long time to heat up because you have the boiler set too low. Set it higher and the house will heat up quicker. Fit thermostatic valves to the radiators to set them for the preferred heat setting in each room, worth the cost as they will save money in the long run. You are putting extra stress on the boiler as it is firing up more often with a low setting.
