Found an ipod4 when i was walkin home. it was frozen so i plugged it onto itunes but it completely restored it?

It doesn't have a tracker I know I have one my self. The best thing would be to hold on to it for like a week and see if anyone is talking about a missing ipod4. Don't ask any1 if they lost and ipod cause they'll say yes even if they didn't. Also ask them to identify it, and ask them a trick question about the ipod if they give you the wrong answer their not the owner. If after a week theirs no one then keep it. If you need one keep it if not sell it. That's what I would do.
