Does he like me.....or not?

ok so there is this guy n he was in my math cl n he would always flirt with me and touch my n stuff. he always says i owe him a ******** and one time it was only me and him in a cl room and he kissed me 2 times. another time he pantsed me (when we were alone in the clroom but a diffrent time) and when we were in the library he stole my lipgloss and wouldnt give it back but when we were in math he came to sit by me and he said he was sorry he took it n did i forgive him. another time i was walking home with him and his friend and his friend said i liked this other guy n i said no then his friend said that i liked him n i said no n he said yeah were just best friends. n he asked me to hold his hand walking home. and another time i was alone and he was behind me and he came up and scared me and we started walking n when i had to cross the street to get to my house he asked if i wanted to hang out tommrow and he gave me his number but i didnt call and when we got back to school he kept asking me y. and when we were in the hallway alone at the end of the day he kept saying he wanted to come over and he would ask if i wanted to go to his house after school. he always askes me for hugs too. and his friends always ask if i like him and he thinks i like one of his other friends. he calls me y and beautiful and cute all the time too....but when hes around his friends and i walk into a diffrent cl he is in him and his friends will say ewww its elizabeth!!!! idk if they r joking or not.....do u think he likes me....or not????? oh and idk if this makes a diffrence but he is like one of the ghetto people and i dont hang out with his friends or anything....and this one girl started getting mad at me cause he stopped talking to her when he started talking to me. but hes so hot!!!!
