What are some meals you can eat to gain weight in a healthy way?

If you just eat a lot of food without working out you are going to get fat. There are only two kinds of weight anyone can gain, fat or muscle. Do you think fat will look good on you? Well it won't. It will aculate around your waist, hips and thighs. It won't go where you want it to. So you better try to gain muscle. Then you will fill out and look good. Join a gym and start lifting weights.
