Will Mainstream Hip Hop get better?

Hip Hop sucks now, except for Jay-Z's songs, with artist like Lil Wayne, Flo Rida, Solja Boy, Rick Ross, a lot of Dirty South rappers, etc. The autotune and the songs about dancing suck; ex: You're a Jerk, Ice Cream Paint Job. The rappers just want to make a hit song, make money, and then they stop making songs because they don't have the talent. Even Drake's songs are mostly just nice lines with no substance in his music. Do you think mainstream (the songs played on the radio) Hip Hop will ever go back to artists that were actually talented such as Tupac and Biggie?
