Question about online courses?

well im over halfway done with my online health course. i took this course just so i wouldnt have to take the boooring cl for a whole semester at school. im already 100% sure that im going to get a B for my final grade. will this affect anything? i have to show my certificate to the office or something to show i took it and can get out of health cl. theyll see that i got a B...will this affect anything??? i usually get straight A's at school and im kinda freaking out about this. im not used to getting my entire cl grade from tests....so again, will my B in this online course affect anything????????????????????????????? thanks.....im in middle school by the way
