How to get to Liverpool to see Muse from U.S. cheap?

I am DESPERATE to figure out a cheap way to get to and stay in Liverpool on November 5th to see Muse in concert. I already bought the concert ticket but, of course, I go to book the trip (I went to several sites, priceline, travelocity, orbitz, etc.) and the cheapest prices for flight and hotel were $2,700!!!!! I can't even remotely afford that, and it is a huge, huge, HUGE, dream of mine to see Muse because I am absolutely in love with them, and I chose Liverpool because I really, really want to go there (also a HUGE Beatles fan) and I don't really want to only see them when they come to the U.S. because they're opening for U2. I know this is basically a hopeless situation, but like I said, I'm desperate. I've been saving money ALL summer and working a ridiculous amount of hours to do this and I am definitely nowhere near $2,700. =[
