I can't afford round tables, the hall will be providing banquet tables. How can I make it look elegant?

I am working w/ a very limited budget, my reception hall is the cafeteria of the church, and they will provide banquet tables for seating. The space is very limited, how can I make banquet tables look elegant w/o spending a fortune on decorations?
