Is a tattoo on your lower back always considered a tramp stamp?

I was thinking of getting a four leaf clover with the meanings of each leaf (love, faith, hope, and luck) on each leaf tattooed on my lower back because that's an easy place to hide a tattoo without being too limited in your apparel. Though is that still trashy to have a tattoo there?
