Could I be of Chinese descent?

My parents, grandparent, great grandparents, etc... are Lebanese. My grandmother looks somewhat Chinese. Even my dad and I have very small, Asian-like eyes. Was there ever an occupation of Chinese in the Middle East way back then? I'm so curious! Having such a descent would be pretty cool :)
