How to unlock mark on harvest moon IoH?

Ok well i need to get my charactor to be married and i need mark. My island is 59% completed. I have all 3 bridges, Vaughn, Elliot(spouse), Denny, Shea, Pierre, Julia, Natalie, Sabrina, W. Princess, Karen, Popuri, Dr trent, Chen, Charlie, Felicia, Taro, Gannon, Eliza, Nathan, Alisa, Mirabelle, Regis, Wada, H. Goddess. My Hotel is upgraded aswell. What do i need to do to get him to come?? Im on year 8!!
