You might try using stencils. You can purchase them at any art or craft store or wal-mart in the craft section. The stencils have all kinds of shapes --animals, people, trees, flowers, letters, paws, etc. Or, if you can't find a lion stencil or a paw stencil to the appropriate size , get a friend to draw you a stencil on stiff paper like poster board and cut it out. Be sure to cut out negative areas on it like the eyes, nose, mouth, and curly shapes to look like hair. Then , using spray paint which you can purchase at a dollar mart or store for a dollar, Krylon is the best, place the stencil where you want it and spray onto the stencil creating whatever you desire.
