Through a Christian persprective, what can you tell me about The Two Greatest Commandments?

They are mentioned in Mathew 22:38. Of what are these Two Commandments? The Ten Commandments were not to be followed because of the New Covenant. I ume that the Two Commandments are part of the Law of Christ.
