Is it best to just stay home if one does not agree 100% with the Apostles' Creed?

They have changed the Apostles' Creed. It used to say that Jesus descended to hell for three days. There was never a biblical source to prove that claim. The RCC was busted and had to change their creed. I'd find a non-denominational church.
