First tattoo questions?

where does it hurty the least to get a tattoo, also would a tattoo on the back of my neck hurt,im 15 on may 3rd and im aloud one for my b-day.i love metal and play guitar. would a tattoo of a cool guitar like kerry kings from slayer look good on my neck.but mainly, where would a tattoo look good but not hurt alot.
