Does it go where it needs to go right then?

We've been BD on my ovulation days and i always go to the bathroom right after because the risk of a UTI. (which i hate!) But this time, i stood on my head for a good 2 minutes. Went to the bathroom and it looks like its on my tissue! Im ovulating so i dunno if it was the discharge or him. So my question is, Does it matter if some comes out? Ive heard it doesnt and right when released, they go fast right where they need to go! Is this true?
